צילה שכנס (גרודנו, פולין - ביאליסטוק 1943) Cilia Shahnes (born Grodno, Poland - died Bialystok 1943)

צילה שכנס, ילידת גרודנו, היתה חברת המחתרת החלוצית בגטו גרודנו. בינואר 1943 הגיעה לביאלסטוק, בעקבות החלטת המחתרת אשר צפתה את חיסול הגטו בגרודנו, ושם הצטרפה למחתרת הלוחמת בגטו. יחד עם חברתה חסיה בילצקי העבירה את המעבדה לזיוף מסמכים לגטו ביאליסטוק, תוך שימוש בזהות פולנית בדויה. היא מצאה עבודה ומגורים בצד ה"ארי" של ביאליסטוק, ושמשה קשרית עם המחרת בגטו, ועם יחידת הפרטיזנים ביער הסמוך, והבריחה להם מזון, תרופות ונשק.

נהרגה בקרבות המרד הראשונים בגטו באוגוסט 1943.

  A native of Grodno, was a member of the Bialystok Underground 

arriving in January 1943, following a decision by the underground after the liquidation of the ghetto in Grodno.

Together with her friend Hasha Biletzki, she joined the armed resistance in the Bialystok ghetto document forgery lab, using a false Polish identity. She found a job and lived on the Aryan side of Bialystok, served as a liaison with the partisan unit in the nearby forest, and helped bring them food, medicine and weapons. She was killed in battle in August 1943.

יעקב לייזרוביץ (גרודנו, פולין – 1943) Jacob Leiserowicz (born Grodno, Poland - died Grodno 1943)

יליד גרודנו, בוגר בית ספר "תרבות" ובית ספר למשפטים באוניברסיטת וילנה. יחד עם חבריו הקים בגרודנו תא מחתרתי של חברי בית"ר, בפיקודו של משה נוטס.

המחתרת עסקה בזיוף רשיונות עבודה ומסמכים וחדר לשורות המשטרה היהודית בגטו. עבודתו במשטרה היהודית אפשרה לו נגישות למידע הנוגע למועמדים להשלח למחנות המוות. הוא ניצל את 

המידע, והזהיר את היהודים מבעוד מועד.

נעצר על ידי הגרמנים ועונה למוות.

Born in Grodno, a graduate of the law school at the University of Vilnius. Together with his friends, he founded an Underground cell of Grodno Betar, led by Moses Notts.In the Underground movement he forged work permits and documents and gained access to the Jewish ghetto police. The Jewish police work allowed him access to information concerning candidates to be sent to the death camps. He took the information, and warned Jews in advance.

He was arrested by the Germans and tortured to death.

חסיה בורנשטיין-ביליצקה (גרודנו, 1921 – ישראל, 2011) Hasia Bornstein-Bilitzka (born Grodno 1921, died Israel 2011)

חסיה היתה חברה בקבוצת "השומר הצעיר" שהגיעה מגרודנו לגטו ביאליסטוק והיתה חברה פעילה בוועד האנטיפשיסטי בגטו.

הבריחה נשק למחתרת בגטו ופעלה כמקשרת עם מפקדת הפרטיזנים באיזור, ועסקה בהבריחת מזון, תרופות ונשק. השתתפה במרד בגטו ביאליסטוק שנמשך חמישה ימים, עד שדוכא.

Hasia was a member of Hashomer Hatzsit, and

 got from Grodno Ghetto to Bialystok. She transported weapons to the Underground in the ghetto and acted as a liaison for the partisans in the area, bringing food, medicine and ammunition. She participated in the attempted overthrow of Bialystok Ghetto which lasted five 

days until it was repressed by the Nazis
